During the excursion, you will also be able to see the surrounding countryside. One day excursion to Essaouira – a coastal town providing an excellent opportunity to relax on the beach. The Medina of Essaouira is listed on the UNESCO World Heritage site, It combines history and culture with modern cafes and restaurants. Essaouira has a long promenade with a large sandy beach. There are many activities taking place on the beach, families are enjoying the beach and camel owners providing camel rides along the coastline. This is a perfect opportunity to get away from the city rush and enjoy the cooler climate of the coastal town of Essaouira. by the end of the afternoon, your driver will take you back to Marrakesh.
The first valley that you are going to see is Lalla Takerkoust Dam which is about 35 Km out from Marrakesh, Here you will stop to take photos of these wonderful views. Visit a traditional Berber home with your guide for a refreshing cup of Moroccan tea. Then, we continue to Moulay Ibrahim area, after that we will make a stop in Assni to see some Berber villages which are famous for its weekly Berber souks. Afterward, we drive to Ourika valley is boarded by gardens, fruit trees, and small villages. From Sitti Fatma we follow the river upstream to reach some beautiful waterfalls then, lunch in one restaurant with a nice view. after that, we drive you back to Marrakesh.
